Additional Support
All wedding packages include 1 Lead Assistant to ensure smooth execution throughout the day.
- Extra Assistant: $300 flat rate (covers up to 10 hours)
- Additional Lead Assistant Hours (beyond the contracted 10): $25/hour
- Additional Assistants: $25/hour
- Lead Planner Additional Hours: $150/hour
- Additional Planning Calls $125/hour
- Additional Venue Walkthrough (within 1hr travel) $175+
- Rehearsal Facilitation (1 hour) $350
We’ll recommend the right support team based on your guest count, timeline, and event complexity - so everything runs effortlessly from start to finish.
Logistical Add-on
Travel Fees
If your event is more than 40 miles from ZIP code 98466, a travel fee will apply.
We charge $0.70 per mile (round trip) based on the 2025 IRS standard mileage rate.
We’ll calculate and confirm the travel distance ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect. If we’re traveling for walkthroughs or multi-day events, additional mileage fees may apply.

All package pricing reflects weddings and walkthroughs within 1 hour of our home base in University Place, WA.
Any wedding day coverage or walkthroughs over 1 hour from planner’s location will incur a $450 travel fee per trip.
Long-distance, overnight, or destination events will be quoted on a custom basis.
