Booked Clients & "Non-Clients"

Booked Clients-How does it work?

Clients' who have booked us for planning or coordination services, and we will be attending the event the the rental is booked for.



"Non-Clients"-How does it work?

Clients' renting for an event Genisis Events will not be attending or providing coordination services or planning for.

Receiving the Voice Recordings.

Each voicemail will be uploaded separately to a google drive.

Alternatively you can choose to receive your Audio recordings on a record at an additional cost.

What if My Event is outdoors?

To prevent damage we require our items be covered in the event of inclement weather. In the Pacific Northwest we are known to experience some rain & shine.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your date. The remaining total is due 7 days before your event. (Upon Booking you will receive a contract to sign and payable invoice.)
